The Mooz 1 is a 3D-printer what is easy to operate, so we have made a manual.

We do this step by step, within 4 main goals.

Set the zero point

We start with setting the zero point, we do this because the printer needs to know his range. So there is a home made, the zero point. The printer is adjusted to the X, Y, Z axis, so he knows his range. Because of this the print head can never get through or outside of his bed.

Click on the button to adjust the control tool

Click the button to set the zero point

Place an A4 paper on the bed

Click z- to bring the printhead to the bed. You have to continue moving the paper until the print head slips with the paper

Click zero updating
 to save the zero
point for next time,
you are using the
printer

Click - to fine tune the printer, so that the 1st layer does not fail

Click zero point
updating to save
the data again

Setting the zero point is successful now.

Bed leveling

We continue with bed leveling.

Bed leveling is necessary to get the bed straight everywhere, we did this on 3 points so it will always prints straight.

Click on the button to adjust the 3-point leveling

Place an A4 paper on the bed

Click on starting 3-point leveling mode/point recording

Click z- to get the print
head to the bed.
Continue moving the
paper until the print
head is slipping with
the paper

Click starting 3-point leveling mode/point recording to record point 1, the head will automatically go to point 2 when this recording is finished you click the "123" button

Do the same at point 2
and point 3. After finishing
the head goes to home

On these 3 points the printhead is leveled

The leveling is successful now.

Cura

We continue with the cura program.

Cura is a software program in which you see the 3D printer and you can put in your design.

Your design can now be moved and rotated to each position you want. So it is easy to print more things, because you manage the space at yourself.

Above you can see how the cura program works. Your printer must be set, do this step by step.
